At ORIS, we sell digital products that are delivered instantly after successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
However, if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order,
- You did not receive your ebook due to a technical issue,
- The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible,
please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or resolve the delivery problem.
Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
